Junior is a sweet and kind boy growing up to be one beautiful stud prospect. He is UC Davis tested to have a Double Agouti which means he will never produce a black horse.
These pictures were taken in August this year which makes him 1 year, 4 months old.
Pictured below on the right is Lyndsey taking JR out on the trail while ridding our ole faithful, Thumper (Ebony's Advice). On the left he is playing in the pasture with his friend, JJ, Prism's Armed & Dangerous SW.
JR is a first in many ways for us. He is Frankie's first colt born, he is Foxy's first foal ever and he is the first BUCKSKIN colt born to Summer Wind. His blood lines go back to some of the most talented horses this industry had to offer in the past 60 years. Such greats as WGC Ebony Masterpiece, Triple Threat, Carbon Copy, Roger's Perfection, Merry Go Boy, Midnight Sun, Sun's Delight D and to ice the cake, you can add Pride's Generator and Piddley. He is the biggest foal we have ever had. Frankie and Foxy came through for us.
Pictured to the left is his baby picture the day after he was born. He is turning out to be exactly what we expected.
